President's Message
Welcome to the website of Sigma Phi Epsilon at Truman State University. It is a great privilege to serve as President of this organization.
I could never be here today if I had not taken the first step and rushed during my freshman year at Truman State. From my first day of being a SigEp, I knew I had made an excellent decision. The quality of men, my brothers, is second to none. As a chapter, we strive to live up to the Greek motto: "Healthy Spirit Healthy Body." Each year, the accomplishments of our chapter towards this pursuit are recognized nationally. The Truman State chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon has consecutively won the campus intramural championship, and consistently earns a GPA exceeding the men's average on our campus. In 2010-2011, our chapter averaged 3.25.
But the accomplishments of our chapter on paper are nothing compared to the unquantifiable benefits of the brotherhood of our fraternity. This fraternity is my family, and each brother as treated as a valued and respected member. The true source of strength in our fraternity is the support each brother shows one another, each and every day.
